FAQ's
(We know you're wondering)
💬 Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: No appointments needed for fix-a-flat. Just roll in, and we’ll take care of you. Appointments are strongly encouraged during peak season (April - September) for tune-ups and other services. Check our Drop-off calendar for a good drop-off time.

💬 Q: How long do repairs take?
A: Most repairs are done same-day or within 24 hours. Tune-ups usually take 48-72 hours, although turnaround time may be longer during peak season (April - September). A guaranteed time frame is provided during the initial assessment.

💬 Q: What is the difference between a Complete Tune-Up and a Pro Tune-Up?
A: The Pro Tune-Up is like the Complete's amped up big brother. In addition to everything in the Complete Tune-Up has to offer, the Pro Tune-Up also includes new brake cables and housing, bike detail and polish, free accessory installs, plus 15% off any one accessory purchased upon pickup.

💬 Q: Do you work on e-bikes?
A: Yep! Check out our E-Bike Service page for details.

💬 Q: How much does a repair cost?
A: It depends on the job, but we’ll always tell you the price before we start. No surprises.

the fine print
Due to high demand, appointments are required for all tune-ups, services, and inspections between April 1 and September 30.

After dropping off your bike, our team will provide you with an estimated completion date. A staff member will call and/or text when your bike is ready for pickup. Pick up your bike according to our pickup & storage fee policy. Repair orders left at the store for more than 30 days become the property of the store.
We are committed to fair and transparent pricing. If you have any questions about service or repairs done on your bike, please call or email us at any time.
