We work hard to get your bike back to you quickly—sometimes in just a few hours! Since space is limited, we ask that all completed bikes be picked up promptly. Below are our pickup guidelines and storage fees.

Pickup Guidelines

We aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible so you can get back on the road. Once your bike is ready, we’ll notify you, and we kindly ask that you pick it up within the timeframes below. This helps us keep our workspace clear and ready for the next repair

Storage Fees

Due to our limited space, bikes that aren’t picked up within the designated timeframe will incur a daily storage fee. This helps us keep the shop organized and ready to serve all our customers.

No need to schedule - just bring it by and we'll fix it for you on the spot.

Drop-off

Book a time to drop off your bike for a tune up, repair, or other service. Advance bookings are required April 1 through September 30.

Due to high demand, appointments are required for all tune-ups, services, and inspections between April 1 and September 30.

After dropping off your bike, our team will provide you with an estimated completion date. A staff member will call and/or text when your bike is ready for pickup. Pick up your bike according to our pickup & storage fee policy. Repair orders left at the store for more than 30 days become the property of the store. ​
